• Dissolution of CSGAPH (Citrus Springs Group Against Pre-Manufactured Homes)
  Excerpts from 9/7/09 memo submitted by John Schempf:
  Since the owner has made the agreed to modifications to the Pre-Manufactured home on 8763 N. CreekWay, our Group, CSGAPH, will be dissolved.
  
  We want to thank all our Members for the extraordinary support you have shown since day one. Although we only had a few meetings, the turnouts were exceptional. Input and discussions at these meetings showed how well our community can come together and work on correcting a problem. The Majority Vote of CSGAPH to accept, with changes, the proposal to make modifications to the Pre-Manufactured Home has come to a successful conclusion. The owner made the CSGAPH requested changes to the modification plan, submitted an Architectural Review which was approved, and hired a Construction Co. to do the work which is now complete.
  
  Special thanks to those that donated their time and footsteps to delivering the yellow Flyers, and thanks to those that gave monetary donations which were used to pay all the expenses of CSGAPH.
  There are donated dollars still left in our Account which will be returned at the rate of 64.0%.  For example: $ 64.00 will be returned to an individual that made a $ 100.00 donation. We will be handing out the refund checks to those that made donations as follows:
  Thursday, 09/17/2009 Citrus Springs Community Center 7:00 to 7:30 pm and after CSCA Meeting adjourns. Saturday, 09/26/2009 Citrus Springs Memorial Library 11:00 to 12:30 pm
